Meet Sarah, our director
Sarah Youll is a Chartered Accountant and Tax Advisor who has lived and breathed hospitality and property for several years. Training as a Chartered Accountant with big 4 firm, PwC, she then went on to be a Director for an accounting firm with over 500 clients in the hospitality industry, Sarah’s head may be filled with numbers but her passion lies with the success of individual businesses.
While she was still working as an auditor for PwC, Sarah opened an award-winning wine bar with her sister. Developing the business financially, operationally and overseeing day-to-day runnings, Sarah was named among the top 100 most influential people in the drinks trade in 2017. She helped her sister grow the wine bar for two years before selling it.
Sarah has also bought and renovated three bolthole cottages in North Cornwall, an Airbnb portfolio that has earned her the title of superhost. She now often gives financial advice to those looking to make similar property developments or turn a second home into a business.
